This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic ethics in the governance of Islamic financial institutions. Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study explores how Islamic ethical principles are integrated in the management practices of Islamic financial institutions, with a focus on transparency, fairness, and compliance with Islamic law. The results of the study show that although Islamic financial institutions are based on Islamic ethical principles, major challenges in their implementation arise in maintaining a balance between Islamic principles and modern business practices. The implications of these findings show the importance of increased supervision and education on Islamic ethics for managers of Islamic financial institutions to ensure that financial practices remain in accordance with Islamic values.
