Islamic banking has a significant role in encouraging financial inclusion, especially in less developed areas, such as 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Isolated areas). This study aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic banking in increasing financial inclusion in the 3T area, with a quantitative approach through regression analysis and case studies in Indonesia. The results show that Islamic banking has a positive impact in expanding public access to formal financial services, although challenges related to counseling, infrastructure, and understanding of the Islamic banking system still need to be addressed. The implication of this study is that to increase financial inclusion in the 3T area, policies that support the development of more inclusive and sustainable Islamic banking are needed.
