This study aims to analyze the comparative performance of corporate sukuk and conventional bonds in the Indonesian capital market using several performance indicators, including expected returns, risk, and volatility. The method used is a quantitative analysis with a comparative approach using secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 to 2020. The results show that although corporate sukuk provides more stable returns, conventional bonds tend to provide higher returns in volatile market conditions. The implication of this study is that investors can consider diversifying portfolios by including both instruments to optimize returns and reduce risk.
