Menemukan Keabadian dalam Keuangan: Pendekatan Madzhab Syafi'i terhadap Reksadana Syariah

Abstract

This study aims to explore the views of the Syafi'i Madzhab on Sharia Mutual Funds through a review of literature studies, with a focus on the concept of eternity in the financial context. The literature study method is used to collect and analyze relevant sources of texts, fatwas, classic books, and related research. The results of the study show that the Syafi'i Madzhab provides positive support for Islamic Mutual Funds, which are financial instruments that combine sharia principles with investment activities. The view of the Syafi'i emphasizes the importance of justice, sustainability, and the prohibition of usury in financial practices. These principles are reflected in the practice of Sharia Mutual Funds which prohibit interest (riba), gambling (Maisie), and activities that are prohibited by sharia law. This research contributes to understanding the views of the Syafi'i Madzhab on Sharia Mutual Funds, and can be a reference for practitioners and academics in developing a better understanding and implementation of Islamic Mutual Funds in the context of the Syafi'i Madzhab.
